Together with artist Tony Hall<\/a>, Ellen Poliakoff was involved in the para-lab exhibition<\/a> at Rogue Studios in Gorton in September on artist-scientist collaborations. The exhibition featured work from Tony\u2019s PhD using illusions and experimental Psychology and included their joint publication on the clay hand illusion and the embodiment of unfeasible objects<\/a><\/p>\n

Ellen commented \u201cIt was fascinating to see how the different artists and scientists working together had produced new insights, inspiration and novel materials. It was also a first for me to see some of my work in an art gallery!\u201d<\/em>\"\"<\/p>\n
