Here\u2019s a look at what\u2019s happening throughout the month.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n ES News from The University of Manchester<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The University has reaffirmed its commitment to environmental sustainability by signing the Concordat for the Environmental Sustainability of Research and Innovation Practice. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The aim of the Concordat is to ensure research and innovation continues to play a critical part in understanding how our planet is changing, while helping the sector to act responsibly to protect and promote our environment. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Read more about the Concordat and the University\u2019s ongoing commitment to sustainability on the <\/span>Staffnet website<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n World Wildlife Day, Monday 3<\/span><\/b>rd<\/span><\/b> March<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n March 3<\/span>rd<\/span> marked <\/span>World Wildlife Day<\/span><\/a>, a global initiative from the United Nations celebrating wild plants and animals.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n British Science Week, 7-16 March<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n British Science Week<\/span><\/b><\/a> is a celebration of all things science.
