<\/a>Karolina brings over a decade of extensive experience in the field of EDI, having worked on a range of initiatives that promote fair opportunities, support for underrepresented groups, and creating a more inclusive environment in higher education. These began with leading the Athena Swan Self-Assessment Team for the School of Psychological Sciences and expanded to leading the Athena Swan Team for the School of Health Sciences and more recently as SR Director for SHS.
