For the divisional seminar in June, we were pleased to welcome Dr Rachel Shaw <\/strong>presented on ‘Caring for the carers: implementing \u2018SWell\u2019 interventions to paediatric critical care staff.’<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rachel is a Health Psychologist working in healthcare settings to understand the experiences of people \u2013 patients, families, healthcare professionals \u2013 in those settings to help make their lives easier. Latterly, Rachel\u2019s research has focused on understanding what wellbeing means to staff working in paediatric critical care.\u00a0<\/p>\n
