\"Dr<\/a>Dr Howell’s article in the\u00c2\u00a0Journal of Intervention and Statebuilding examines how the US military and humanitarian actors became interested in the Baghdad Zoo as part of the reconstruction efforts in Iraq.\u00c2\u00a0 It explores themes of civil-military cooperation in a particular grounded context in Iraq, following on from\u00c2\u00a0her previous work on the psychiatric hospital in Baghdad.<\/p>\n
