Welcome to the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion blog – a place where colleagues from across our University can share their thoughts and insights related to equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI).
The blog supports the EDI Strategy Priority one: Inclusive environment and culture by creating “safe spaces for listening and building stronger partnerships with our student and staff networks to progress EDI and develop solutions to concerns raised in the forums.”
The posts you’ll read here come from a range of different people and are usually aligned with a particular theme in the EDI Diversity Calendar.
You’ll be able to comment on the blogs featured here and we’re asking blog authors to be available to respond and engage with your comments.
