Jude was invited to speak about dance and Parkinson’s at the North West Coast CRN conference in Warrington, which was attended by patients, NHS staff and commissioners. Following a presentation about our research and engagement with people with Parkinson’s, collaborator and dance artist Gayathri Ganapathy encouraged the audience to join in with some dance movements demonstrating the use of hand gestures in imitation and communication. This was an inspiring event with talks from patient ambassadors sharing their stories and highlighting the importance of involvement in research.
