Jude was joined by dance artist and collaborator Gayathri Ganapathy at Science Spectacular, a family science event organised by the University as part of Manchester Science Festival. We challenged visitors to think differently about dance by imitating and guessing the meaning of movements from classical Indian dance, which uses story-telling, gestures and expressions. The activities demonstrated how dance is more than just movement, and can affect our feelings and our understanding of others.
