Together with artist Tony Hall, Ellen Poliakoff was involved in the para-lab exhibition at Rogue Studios in Gorton in September on artist-scientist collaborations. The exhibition featured work from Tony’s PhD using illusions and experimental Psychology and included their joint publication on the clay hand illusion and the embodiment of unfeasible objects

Ellen commented “It was fascinating to see how the different artists and scientists working together had produced new insights, inspiration and novel materials. It was also a first for me to see some of my work in an art gallery!”
