We are pleased to announce the first CHSTM PhD Workshop on the history of ‘psy’ disciplines. This workshop will explore a wide range of topics in the fields of psychiatry, mental health, and neuroscience, including the study of knowledge, practices, diagnoses, institutions, and agencies in diverse settings and contexts.

The workshop will also address the use of different sources, methodological approaches, and theoretical frameworks in research on the history of ‘psy’ disciplines. Seven PhD researchers will present their current projects, followed by discussions with experts in the field.

This workshop is organised by current PhD students at CHSTM.

Refreshments and lunch will be provided. Please note that places are limited, and early registration is encouraged.
