We are very pleased to welcome to the Department of Classics, Ancient History, Archaeology and Egyptology a new Egyptology PhD student, Christopher Bebbington. Chris did his undergraduate and MA work at the University of Liverpool and his PhD will focus on the representation of female figures in Predynastic D-Ware pottery and the role and authority of women during the Predynastic more widely.
